Thanks for your support to snowwolf products.

Recently we got some complaints that the snowwolf mini plus 80w can’t be turned on after snowwolf logo displayed on the screen. The products which have such issue are the old version with some software bugs, not the defective products. Lots of sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.

Now the bugs have been repaired. If your snowwolf mini plus have such issue, you can do as follow to repair to make it work.

1. Remove the atomizer off

2. Turn the switch to “off” position

3. Press and hold the fire button and the “-“ button, at the same time, turn the switch to “on” position, 2 seconds later, restart the switch, then your device works.
